Betsy's homemade vegan ice cream

I am sitting here eating this delish chocolate coconut vegan ice cream out a LARGE bowl.  Can't stop eating it. SOMEBODY STOP ME! It's all your fault Betsy!

    I have that the French do not eat ice cream until on vacation,for the most part. Pretend you are NOT on vacation and don't eat it again, until you are. That stuff is very rich. Glad its good though. I think next time will put strawberries in it and vanilla. Blueberries also.
